Each and every one of us posses seven primary Chakras (some claim there are other subsidiary ones) ... and through the awakening of their Chakras an individual is said to awaken to the realisation of the eternal absolute reality. Each Chakra is said to exist within the subtle body, overlaying the physical body. Through modern physiology we can see that these seven Chakras correspond exactly to the seven main nerve ganglia which emanate from the spinal column. According to Judith, spinning centers-known as chakras-are seven layers of manifestation that form a rainbow bridge between Father Sky and Mother Earth. This bridge serves as stepping-stones from matter to spirit. The spinning of the chakras come from two basic currents: one from above and one from below. Since we are made of vibrating particles of light(visible under an electron microscope) synchronicity plays a major role in transformation. The basic understanding can be view like so: All grandfather clocks will eventually start ticking in harmony if placed beside each other in the same room. Women that live together typically have their periods at the same time, babies "of all sorts"(all animals) need to hear or feel a heart beat to develope properly or it dies, you may also recall that you have inherited personality traits of your best friend. When surrounded by specific colors scientists found personality changes that can induce peace, depression anger etc. It's a synaptic reaction/absorbtion we instantly have but even if you didn't have eyes it still works as scientists also discovered that plants grow better when surrounded by a green background.

My summery is this: the more you surround yourself with uplifting positive intention & positive vibrant art your consciousness will constantly be reinforced with these aspirations.

Art & music is like an emotional conductor of your electro biochemical mind/body.. you are the canvas, the picture yet to be created.

Not all pleasent or postive music is healthful.. if you keep listening to soft slow music it can slow down your metabolism/blood flow or circulation and to the contrary fast music will increase it -a balance is ideal.

Jill Bolte Taylor, možganska znanstvenica, opiše svojo izkušnjo ob možganski kapi, ob izgubi leve možganske polovice. Zanimivo je to, da se njena izkušnja ujema s tem, kar modreci govorijo že tisočletja. Upajmo, da bo to kmalu dojela tudi širša množica..

Zelo dobro tudi opredeli možganski polovici, najbolje kar sem slišal do sedaj. Če to povežem z nauki modrecov, je leva možganska polovica ego, desna pa čista zavest. Jill pravi takole:

"Za tiste, ki se spoznate na računalnike; naša desna hemisfera deluje kot vzporedni procesor, medtem ko leva hemisfera deluje kot zaporedni procesor. Obe hemisferi komunicirata med seboj preko corpus callosum-a, ki je zgrajen iz približno 300 milijonov axonal fibers. Razen tega sta ti dve možganski hemisferi popolnoma ločeni. Ker obdelujeta informacije različno, vsaka od možganskih hemisfer razmišlja o drugačnih stvareh, skrbita za različne stvari in upam reči, da imata zelo različne osebnosti.

Naša desna možganska hemisfera je vse o tem sedanjem trenutku. Vse je točno tukaj, točno zdaj. Naša desna hemisfera razmišlja v slikah in se uči kinestetično preko gibanja naših teles. Informacija je v obliki energijskih valov, ki se prenašajo vzporedno preko zaznavnih sistemov. In potem eksplodira v ogromen spekter nians kako izgleda ta trenutek, Kakšen je okus in vonj v tem trenutku, kako ga občutimo in kako ga slišimo. Jaz sem energijsko bitje povezano z energijo vse okoli mene preko zavesti desne hemisfere. Mi smo energijska bitja povezana med seboj preko zavesti naše desne možganske polovice kot ena človeška družina. In ravno tukaj, ravno zdaj, smo vsi bratje in sestre tega planeta, tukaj zato, da naredimo ta svet boljši. In v tem trenutku smo popolni. Smo celota. In smo čudoviti.

Moja leva hemisfera, naša leva hemisfera, je zelo drugačen prostor. Naša leva hemisfera razmišlja linearno in načrtno. Naša leva hemisfera je vse o preteklost in je vse o prihodnosti. Naša leva hemisfera je narejena, da vzame ta velikanski spekter sedanjega trenutka in začne zbirati podrobnosti, podrobnosti, podrobnosti, in še več podrobnosti o teh podrobnostih. Postanem posamezen trden posameznik ločen od energijskega toka okoli mene in ločena od vas. "

In še - stanje zavesti je ključnega pomena, ali: "Verjamem, da več časa ko posvetimo globokemu mirnemu toku naše desne možganske polovice, več miru bomo izžarevali v svet in mirnejši bo naš planet. "
